Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, our easy 3-day return and exchange policy has you covered.

3-Day Easy Return & Exchange

  • You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery (calendar days, counted from the day your parcel is delivered).
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Raise a Request

  1. Email us at info.rarethread@gmail.com, call us on +91 63517 58866, or use the chat button on our website within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number, the reason for return or exchange, and your product opening video (see below).
  3. We will review your request and, once approved, we will share the return address and pickup or shipping instructions.
  4. Pack the product with its original tags and packaging and send it back as instructed.

Refunds

  • Once you ship the product back to us and share the return tracking details, we will begin processing your refund.
  • Refunds are processed after the returned item reaches us and passes a quality check.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. For COD orders, we will ask for your UPI ID or bank details and refund you by bank transfer or UPI.

Exchanges

  • You can exchange for a different size or design, subject to stock availability.
  • Your exchange product is dispatched once the returned item reaches us and passes the quality check.
  • If your preferred item is unavailable, we will offer you store credit or a full refund.

Return Shipping Charges

  • If the correct product was delivered (such as a size change, exchange, or change of mind), return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • If we delivered a wrong, damaged, or defective product, RARE THREAD will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a free pickup, replacement, or full refund, as applicable.

Please Note

  • Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted after 3 days from delivery, or for items that are used, washed, altered, or missing tags and packaging.
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange.

Important: Product Opening Video

A product opening (unboxing) video is compulsory to process any return, exchange, damage, or wrong-product claim. Please record a clear, continuous video from before the parcel is opened until the product is fully unpacked.
