  • We reserve the right to limit product quantities or discontinue products when necessary.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We accept prepaid payments through UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and locations.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors and communicate any necessary changes before processing an order.

4. Order Placement and Confirmation

  • Placing an order on our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.
  • All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment or order verification.
  • We may contact you to verify your order details, particularly for Cash on Delivery orders.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other legitimate reasons. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are generally dispatched the next working day after they are placed.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • We currently deliver within India only.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather, or operational disruptions.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you pay.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 3-day return and exchange window, counted in calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • A clear and continuous product opening (unboxing) video is compulsory for processing return, exchange, damage, or wrong-product claims.
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return shipping charges depend on the reason for the return, as explained in our policy.

7. Order Cancellation and Modification

Since we generally dispatch orders the next working day, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to modify or cancel your order.

  • Requests must be made before the order is shipped.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or cancelled, but may be returned under our Return & Exchange Policy.
  • For cancelled prepaid orders, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
